It may seem incredible even down right unbelievable that you can actually regain your natural clear eyesight by vision training. Yet more and more people are benefiting from vision training approaches that do not involve any expensive equipment nor any invasive procedures. Scientific studies indicates that around 98% of all 6 year old have perfect eyesight. However, at the age of 16 more than 85% of all school children in Asia need corrective lenses.
What about glasses?
Glasses or contact lenses are the default option when you begin to have problems with your eyesight. As you proably realize, glasses does not actually solve the problem. In many cases glasses tend to make the eysight worse. Everytime you are tested your glasses needs to be made more powerful.
Other options such as laser surgery is not only expensive its also risky. There can be irreparable damage such as dry eyes, hallos, starbursts etc.
Also laser surgery does not last for life since your eyes change as you grow older. So in fact you exchange on pair of glasses for another. Some doctors suggest you get one eye for driving and one eye for reading in exchange for your loss of 3D vision.
Lens implants is another short term option. Lenses implanted into your eye are not easy to replace as your vision change.
Ortho-K lenses you wear at night is another option that does not actualy deal with your eyesight. It only flatten your cornea for as long as you wear them. Unless you are super careful and absolutey clean the risk of infection in your eyes is very high. Considering the risk involved and the high cost for something that does not actually treat your vision problem, does not sound like a good solution.

We all know that we can train to become a better tennis player, a better swimmer or whatever sport you prefer. Sports performance is trainable. If you had a broken arm or a leg you will know that after the bone has grown together you will need to do physiotherapy exercises in order to get back the normal function of your arm or leg.
The focusing of your eye is done by muscles. However, the muscles are controlled by the brain. So just as you can train yourself to run faster you also train yourself to see better.
Vision training is a way of restoring your eyesight back to normal by doing specific exercises needed in your particular case. The good news is that when you have restored your vision back the the way nature intended it to be you are done.
Its normal to have good eyesight!
Now you can also..
"My son has been using Leo’s exercises for the past couple of years and has, by doing so, gone from a point where we were practically accused of child abuse by his school nurse for ignoring his deteriorating eyesight and not getting him glasses, to the point now where he is learning to drive glasses free, which thoroughly vindicates our belief in Leo’s methods.
This is powerful stuff which should be taught in schools – rather than carting kids off to the opticians to condemn them to a life behind glasses. I urge everyone who wants to solve their eyesight problems to try Leo’s methods. Attending his workshop is by far the best way of doing this but, If this isn’t possible, Leo has written 3 books covering his methods"

“ Quite an an eye-opener. Amazing results within such a short span of time.
Useful to motivate Janelle and convince her that it can be done.
Janelle liked the alphabet exercise best of all. I liked the information provided and the eye chart exercises. I would recommend the workshop. Useful knowledge for the whole family. ”
